Products supplied by RG-Apparel remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.
Faulty items are to be reported to RG-Apparel within 7 days of delivery, any unreported faulty items after this timescale will not qualify for replacement.
Reported faulty garments will be inspected by RG-Apparel and if suspected that the fault was not caused by the company will not be replaced or refunded.
RG-Apparel does not accept responsibility for third party couriers and any delays experienced with domestic or international deliveries including customs clearance and random consignment checking which may cause delays.
Our size charts are provided as guides and do not relate to other suppliers sizing both by worded or numerical means.
Pantone dyed garments (especially cotton) can vary in colour and we do not accept responsibility for changes of tone from previous orders or large quantity orders.
Printed colours once on a garment vary from colours and pantones viewed on computer screen, tablet or phone and we do not take responsibility for tones appearing differently from shown on screen.
